Renovation and extension of a residential building in 36129 Gersfeld

The energy-efficient renovation of the existing building comprises a main house
with two floors, which was extended by another floor.
A new outbuilding was also constructed. The owner
aims to achieve a high degree of self-sufficiency in order
to be largely independent of external energy suppliers. Therefore,
a 156 kWp photovoltaic system was
installed, supplemented by appropriately sized energy storage.
