The IDEAL TOP EPS 15 system – system elements with a height of only 15 mm.
system IDEAL TOP EPS 15 is particularly suitable for construction projects with limited installation heights. It was developed for applications where thin layers and efficient heat transfer are paramount.
The reduced installation height of just 15 mm is achieved through the use of a 12 mm heating pipe. At the same time, IDEAL TOP EPS 15 the proven IDEAL system technology: aluminum heat-conducting plates are factory-laminated onto the insulation, and the pipe channels have an omega shape, ensuring secure pipe routing and even heat distribution.
The fixed pipe spacing of 150 mm simplifies planning and installation. The system consists of heating and combination elements. The element dimensions of 1,200 x 750 mm are designed to fit Euro pallets, allowing over 120 m² of system area to be transported on a single pallet.
In combination with SAFETEC, a particularly flat installation is achieved. Only 10 mm of leveling compound is required on the decoupling membrane. The lowest possible installation height with IDEAL TOP 15 and SAFETEC is 25 mm, ideal for renovations and projects with clearly defined height requirements. In conjunction with STRONGBOARD FL (5 mm) (for tiles) or COMPACT FLOOR PRO 12 (12 mm), the system achieves a total height of approximately 27–40 mm including the floor covering, depending on the chosen installation.
