Sustainability with proof: EPD certificates for six systems

Environmental product declarations document the sustainability performance of six underfloor heating systems. Important support for planning, certification, and life cycle assessment.

IDEAL and E-NERGY IQ series by mfh systems GmbH have received an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). The certifications from the Institute for Building and Environment (IBU) confirm the environmental performance throughout the entire product life cycle. The company is thus making a measurable contribution to the sustainable transformation in the construction industry.

With the new Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) mfh systems is setting a clear example for transparency and sustainability in the construction industry. The certified systems:

They cover a wide range of applications and demonstrate that energy-efficient solutions can be both resource-saving and reliable in terms of planning.

EPDs describe the environmental impacts of a construction product based on detailed life cycle analyses – from raw material extraction through production, use, deconstruction, and disposal. They enable a reliable assessment of environmental impacts, including CO₂ footprint, resource consumption, and recyclability.
