Dry screeds, heat-conducting layers and decoupling membranes
COMPACT FLOOR – The optimal heat-conducting layer for dry screed and underfloor heating
Maximum heat output. Minimum installation height.
COMPACT FLOOR heat-conducting layers are the ideal complement to your underfloor heating system in dry construction. Thanks to their high thermal conductivity and low thickness, heat is transferred directly to the floor covering – efficiently, quickly, and evenly.
Whether for renovation or new construction: COMPACT FLOOR provides noticeable comfort and improves the energy efficiency of your underfloor heating – even with sensitive floor coverings such as tiles (including mega-format), parquet, carpet, or vinyl.
The system is optimized for use in dry screed constructions and significantly reduces the heating time of the underfloor heating.
Advantages Overview
High thermal conductivity for maximum efficiency
Low installation height – ideal for low construction heights
Direct heat transfer to any floor covering
Perfect for drywall systems
Energy savings through fast response times
Suitable solutions for new construction and renovation
Product portfolio thermally conductive coatings
The ideal choice for underfloor heating
COMPACT FLOOR offers a perfectly coordinated complete solution for dry screed systems with continuous developments to ensure maximum heat output from the underfloor heating and to avoid any slowdowns.
Heavy-duty mineral slab
EXPERT 15
A mineral slab with high flexural and tensile strength that supports almost any floor covering, including large-format tiles up to 120 x 120 cm
- Load capacity up to 5kN/m² surface load
- Tiles up to 120 x 120 cm can be laid
- Lower weight per unit area for use in renovation projects
Thermal conductivity layer based on gypsum fiber
BASE 12
With its low profile of only 12 mm and high thermal conductivity of 0.44 W/mK, it optimizes heat transfer in underfloor heating systems. It can also be used as a simple load distribution plate.
- Only 12 mm installation height
- High load-bearing capacity: up to 3.0 kN/m2
- Simple and precise installation thanks to tongue and groove connection; no screws required
Cement-based thermal conductivity layer
PRO 12
The floating heat-conducting layer made of cement fiber can be used as an alternative to underfloor heating in dry construction as a dry screed.
- Dry installation – Easy laying, glued tongue and groove connection
- Thin and robust – only 12 mm installation height with a load capacity of 3.0 kN
- Flexibility in flooring – Any flooring, including tiles up to 60 x 60 cm or 100 x 100 cm with additional glass mesh
Thermally conductive impact sound insulation
DIRECT 1.5
An aluminum-coated impact sound insulation underlay for parquet flooring that optimally conducts heat from underfloor heating to the floor covering. Due to its low weight, it is particularly suitable for renovation work.
- Quick, easy, dry installation – the parquet can be installed directly as a floating floor
- Aluminum coating offers optimal heat transfer
- Suitable for floating parquet installation in residential and office buildings
