The SAFETEC reinforcement and decoupling membrane combines the advantages of classic screed underfloor heating systems with those of modern dry construction systems. The result is a next-generation underfloor heating system, suitable for both renovation and new construction. It offers a low installation height, low weight, and minimal moisture content, combined with high heat output, a fast response time, and complete freedom of choice for floor coverings. It couldn't be simpler. SAFETEC is laid directly on the heating element, such as the IDEAL CLASSIC EPS 30, and covered with a fiber-reinforced leveling compound. Just 10 mm is sufficient to reliably withstand loads not only in residential construction but also in commercial buildings, such as office spaces. The self-leveling, smooth, and perfectly even surfaces then allow for direct installation of any type of floor covering. SAFETEC therefore the ideal substrate, especially for LVT and designer floor coverings.
Thanks to its flexibility , SAFETEC not only offers a solution for small, awkwardly shaped rooms and bathrooms, but can also be used optimally in large projects in combination with a pumpable leveling compound.
