A commitment to social responsibility, sustainable engagement, and personal appreciation.
The principles of technology , innovation , and responsibility are the guiding principles that shape our corporate culture and are reflected in our daily actions. We place great importance on consistently applying these principles not only in our day-to-day work but also beyond.
Our regional and social commitment extends beyond purely economic considerations, because as a company we see ourselves not only as part of the global economy, but also as an integral component of society and our local region. With this awareness, we assume social responsibility in a variety of ways.
In addition to product development, we also take our social responsibility and commitment to our employees seriously, which is reflected in our involvement in various social projects.

Colorful support
Supporting children and young people is crucial, especially during difficult times. That's why we sponsored a set of jerseys for the 8-11 year old (E2) team of JSG Georgsmarienhütte. Exercise and team sports are important, but above all, they foster social interaction, which has suffered during the pandemic. We are delighted to support this vital work of sports clubs.

Emergency childcare services
Support for working parents
The uncertainties of 2020/2021 particularly affected working parents, as organizing childcare presented them with significant challenges. The Protestant Family Education Center Osnabrück offers a solution: emergency childcare. We are participating in this excellent project and are pleased to be able to offer our employees a solution for emergency situations, in addition to providing all necessary home office equipment.
"Rescue tickets" for Osnabrück Zoo
A really great initiative!
In the past, we have already contributed to the zoo donation. We purchased so-called "rescue tickets" for our employees to support the Osnabrück Zoo and to enable colleagues to enjoy a pleasant time together.

We are in!
First aid for children – Learning to help through play
What do I do in case of burns, tick bites, or poisoning? And above all: How can I help others in an emergency? The Förderverein Notfallmedizin Bielefeld eV (Association for Emergency Medicine Bielefeld), Luftrettungstation Christoph 13 (Christoph 13 Air Rescue Station), and K&L Verlag (K&L Publishing) have set themselves the goal of answering these questions in a child-friendly way and have published an easy-to-understand coloring and activity book for girls and boys of primary school age.
Thanks to the support of many local businesses, the coloring and activity books can be distributed free of charge to primary school children in the Osnabrück district. We think it's a great initiative that we are happy to support!
