Gender mainstreaming – We're working on it…
On our website, we strive to use gender-sensitive language. Unfortunately, such writing isn't always easy to implement. Furthermore, it presents some disadvantages compared to the masculine form. Of course, we could always use both the feminine and masculine forms and, for example, always spell out "employees" and "customers." However, this can sometimes read somewhat awkwardly and may be perceived as too lengthy. Search engines unfortunately don't recognize the feminine/female form, preventing us from making our content visible to you. We want to offer you a website where the most important information is readily available and easy to navigate. Therefore, we occasionally try to use both the feminine and masculine forms on our website. However, when we refer to employees, customers, and partners, we always mean all people, regardless of their gender.
