The COMPACT FLOOR BASE 12 is a gypsum fiber-based heat-conducting layer for dry construction underfloor heating systems. With its low profile of only 12 mm and high thermal conductivity of 0.44 W/mK, it optimizes heat transfer and thus the efficiency of the underfloor heating system. Additionally, the COMPACT FLOOR BASE 12 also be used in unheated constructions as a simple load-distributing panel to save on installation height.
Thanks to the tongue-and-groove connection, precise height alignment of the elements is guaranteed. The strong bond is achieved using COMPACT FLOOR BASE adhesive. No additional screws are required!
COMPACT FLOOR BASE 12 withstands high loads and, with a maximum surface load of 3.0 kN/m², can be used not only in residential and office buildings but also in light commercial construction.
