COMPACT FLOOR THERM is the solution for uneven floors with simultaneous thermal insulation –
lightweight, stable and environmentally friendly.
The loose fill is based on high-quality expanded glass granules made from recycled glass and is perfect for renovations, old buildings and timber joist ceilings where low weight and good insulation performance are required.
With thin layers starting at 10 mm, a thermal conductivity of only 0.07 W/mK and high compressive strength, COMPACT FLOOR THERM a flat, dimensionally stable substrate – ideal for dry construction and modern floor structures.

Features of the COMPACT FLOOR THERM systems
A stable and level substrate is crucial for successful drywall construction. COMPACT FLOOR THERM meets the increased tolerances according to DIN 18202 and offers a reliable solution for long-term stability.
The expanded glass granules are pressure-resistant, homogeneous, and segregation-proof. They are robust, dimensionally stable, and resistant to aging and rodents. Due to their closed-cell structure, they have thermal insulation properties. Furthermore, they are harmless to health, non-toxic, fiber-free, solvent-free, and odorless.

Optimal thermal insulation and flexible compensation for uneven floors
Depending on the requirements, the expanded glass granules can be mixed with a mineral cement binder (COMPACT FLOOR THERM CE) or a PU resin binder (COMPACT FLOOR THERM PU) to develop the optimal properties for the floor.
Mineral leveling fill from 30 mm
THERM CE
Mineral thermal insulation made of cement-bound expanded glass granules, environmentally friendly and age-resistant, meets fire protection class A1.

Resin-bonded compensating thermal insulation from 10 mm
THERM PU
The PU resin-bound expanded glass granules are a fast-drying, cement- and water-free leveling compound for uneven floors.
