This new building is a KfW Efficiency House 40 Plus. The owner planned to heat the house entirely with solar energy. In addition to the E-NERGY IQ electric underfloor heating on the ground floor, the E-NERGY CARBON DRYTEC system was installed on the ceiling in the attic.
