New construction of a bungalow in 96152 Burghaslach
The building is heated exclusively with the efficient E-NERGY CARBON . Various versions are used, such as the E-NERGY CARBON PET as a floating underfloor heating system in the bungalow's kitchen and the E-NERGY CARBON FLEECE as ceiling heating in the living room and guest room. In the bathroom, the FLEECE also serves as underfloor heating, supplemented by a comfort heater in the shower. A photovoltaic system was installed to optimize energy consumption.

Comparison of electricity consumption and consumption of foil heating
E-ENERGY CARBON AS A FULL ROOM HEATING SYSTEM
The bungalow, built to KfW 55 standard, is equipped with the E-NERGY CARBON system for full-room heating. The building covers an area of 117 m² and features a 10.7 kWp photovoltaic system. A 10 kWh battery storage system is also available for efficient energy use.
Up to 30% of energy consumption can be covered by PV electricity.

Analysis of energy consumption
The average electricity consumption for the E-NERGY CARBON system in 2021/2022 was 1362 kWh. Approximately 30% of this was
covered by the photovoltaic system, meaning that only 953 kWh had to be drawn from the grid. Furthermore, a ventilation system with heat recovery is installed.
A fireplace was also installed to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Annual wood consumption amounts to 3 cubic meters.

TOTAL ENERGY COSTS
Using E-NERGY CARBON as a full-room heating system, supported by regeneratively generated PV electricity, results in energy costs of around €300 per year.
