Renovation of an apartment in 49124 Georgsmarienhütte
The existing apartment was retrofitted with underfloor heating. A construction height of between 40 mm and 70 mm was available. Tiles in a 60 x 40 cm format and laminate flooring were selected.
A total of 75 m² of underfloor heating (EPS, 200 kPa) and CF PRO 12 installed.

Height compensation
To compensate for the height difference between some rooms, a 20 mm layer of drywall screed was first installed.
A 10 mm gypsum fiberboard was then laid on top of this. Finally, underfloor heating and CF PRO 12 insulation were installed.
