Renovation of a single-family house in 6315 Oberägeri, Switzerland
The ground floor underwent renovations, but these did not include any energy-efficiency measures. A leveling compound was used to create a level subfloor. This was then covered with 15 mm thick OSB boards. The IDEAL CLASSIC ÖKO ST 30 in conjunction with the COMPACT FLOOR PRO 12. The flow temperature of the underfloor heating is 35 °C.
