Renovation of a single-family house in 6315 Oberägeri, Switzerland
The ground floor underwent renovations, but these did not include any energy-efficiency measures. A leveling compound was used to create a level subfloor. This was then covered with 15 mm thick OSB boards. The IDEAL CLASSIC ÖKO ST 30 in conjunction with the COMPACT FLOOR PRO 12 . The flow temperature of the underfloor heating is 35 °C.
