Show moreIn this reference project, we showcase the installation of the sustainable IDEAL CLASSIC PET 30 radiant heating system in the attic of a renovated building – implemented as both radiant heating and cooling. The system's insulation panels are made from 100% recycled PET bottles, combining sustainable materials with modern heating technology. This results in an energy-efficient radiant heating system with a low CO₂ footprint and excellent insulation values. Integrated into the ceiling and roof slope, the system provides pleasant radiant heat in winter. In summer, the same surface area can be used for gentle room cooling. This solution offers significant advantages, particularly in attics, as it leaves floor space unobstructed and allows for quick installation using drywall construction. This reference project demonstrates how modern radiant heating systems represent a sustainable and future-proof solution for energy-efficient renovations, especially when combined with heat pumps.
