The technology in brief: COMPACT FLOOR THERM CE leveling insulation: THERM CE is a cement-bound expanded glass granulate and purely mineral-based. It therefore also meets the fire protection requirements of class A1 – non-combustible. The expanded glass spheres are made from recycled glass, making them environmentally friendly and, due to their resistance to aging, also sustainable. The thermal insulation creates an optimal substrate. IDEAL CLASSIC ÖKO ST 30 underfloor heating: In this system, the insulation material is made of straw. The factory-laminated aluminum heat-conducting plates ensure homogeneous lateral heat distribution and transfer the heat directly to the floor or into the room. COMPACT FLOOR EXPERT 15 heat-conducting layer: The EXPERT 15 is a highly durable mineral fiberboard with optimized flexural and tensile strength. It is equally suitable for residential, office, and commercial buildings. At only 15 mm thick, it conducts the heat from the underfloor heating system directly to the floor covering. Thanks to its dry installation, the COMPACT FLOOR EXPERT 15 is ideal for renovation projects.
