Social Media and Online Marketing Manager

mfh systems GmbH is looking for a dedicated individual in the field of social media and online marketing to join their team as soon as possible.

You will manage our social media channels, develop content and campaign ideas, evaluate relevant key figures and collaborate with external service providers in the areas of Google Ads, Analytics, Tracking, Content and Performance Marketing.

Your area of ​​responsibility

• Strategically plan, manage and further develop social media and online marketing
• Developing content, campaign and editorial concepts
• Create or coordinate content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, texts)
• Analyze and optimize performance and KPIs (reach, engagement, etc.)
• Evaluate Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media metrics
• Coordinate and manage external service providers

Your expertise

• Completed vocational training, studies or comparable qualification in the field of marketing, e-commerce, media or communication
• Several years of experience (approx. 3 years or more) in social media, online or content marketing
• Safe handling of social media, content, campaigns and digital channels
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and experience in evaluating Google Analytics and relevant KPIs
• Structured, independent and reliable work ethic
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written
• Interest in technical products, sustainable solutions and digital communication

Advantageous: Experience in e-commerce, with shop systems such as Shopware, SEO/SEA, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or CapCut.

Flexible workplace design:

For optimal onboarding and a good start, you will be on-site in Belm-Vehrte during your probationary period. Afterwards, up to two days of home office per week are possible by arrangement.
